About us.

Claremont Fresh is a non-profit organization providing a free-grocery delivery service to to the most vulnerable and those who are in need of help. We started amid the COVID 19 pandemic after seeing how there were so many people, especially the immunocompromised and senior citizens, who were afraid to leave their homes. Additionally many could not afford to get help since paid grocery delivery were not affordable for everyone . The organization was started by two Claremont High School students, Charles Jiang and Salma Mohideen, who wanted to take action and help those within their home city of Claremont, CA. The organization has now expanded to help individuals and families across California
